  • You will enjoy 9 holidays and accrue a pro-rated amount of vacation time each full year, up to 60 hours, starting from day one
  • You will earn monetary incentives for engaging in well-being activities
  • If you enroll in relevant college coursework, you could earn tuition reimbursement up to 50%, totaling up to $2,500 per year
